Abstract: The book Grundlagen qualitativer Feldforschung. Methodologie—Organisierung—Materialanalyse by MANFRED LUEGER introduces various methods of qualitative field research. In addition to presenting the different methods of observation and language recording analysis, artifact and structure data analysis are also introduced—methods which up to now have rarely been mentioned in the literature of "field research".
