Martin WELKER, 1996-2000 wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter an der Lehreinheit für Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaft der Universität Mannheim; Promotion mit einer Arbeit über die "Determinanten der Internet-Nutzung" (Verlag Reinhard Fischer); seit 2000 Projektleiter bei der MFG Medien- und Filmgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg mbH.
