In this revised dissertation Roland BADER concentrates on outer-school media pedagogic and interactional concepts of learning. Learning and social psychological concepts, for example activity theory, are described, as well as learning communities. Having described the theoretical background, BADER gives a detailed summary of a study of pedagogical education. Here he explains how to train pedagogues. Bader emphasizes the structure of learning communities and reveals the limits of these communities. The coherence of communication in groups with regard to exchange of experience can be seen as one result. URN: urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs020368Downloads
